Small Business Digital Ready

The Small Business Digital Ready program is part of our Citizen Verizon responsible business plan to help 1M small businesses succeed in the digital economy by providing free, online resources to such businesses. The free, online curriculum is designed to give small businesses personalized tools to succeed. Those who register on the platform can access personalized learning through over 40 online courses, mentorship, peer networking, 1:1 expert coaching opportunities and access to incentives such as grants.

Verizon Skill Forward

Verizon Skill Forward is a new online education portal in partnership with edX, a leading global online learning platform, with a goal to help upskill and reskill Americans for today’s fastest-growing jobs. Through Verizon Skill Forward, participants can access more than 250 courses spanning 84 unique professional certificate programs designed by leading universities and industry experts in edX’s partner network for 12 months, for free. These courses are designed to help learners gain the skills necessary to pursue high-growth jobs across the in-demand areas of artificial intelligence, business, coding, communication, data, finance, IT, and more. This program is part of Verizon’s goal to help prepare 500K individuals for in demand jobs by 2030 as part of its responsible business plan, Citizen Verizon.
