Diverse suppliers defined

A diverse supplier is a for-profit business that is at least 51%* owned, operated and controlled by a person of color, woman, veteran, disabled veteran, service-disabled veteran, person with disability, person who identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and must be certified by a Verizon approved, third-party organization or government agency.

Direct – Tier 2 spend that is directly attributable to the products / services provided to Verizon.
Indirect – Supplier's tier 2 spend is allocated. The allocation is based on the % of suppliers revenue that is attributable to Verizon.

**Tier 2 spend is prime supplier’s subcontracting spend with diverse suppliers. Prime suppliers can report each of these options.**

Reporting schedule

Supplier tier 2 reporting is completed 60 days after each calendar quarter
Submit reporting questions to DSR@verizon.com
Quarters can be re-opened if a supplier is delayed (by request)
Tier 2 reports will not be accepted after December 30^th
